The manager was absolutely awful. The rice was under cooked and the chips were stale with no salt. The table, floor and bathroom was disgusting.

Management has gone downhill, the staff use to be so happy. My chicken was charcoal, but overall the food was ok, not to my standards…..won’t come back again.

I’m wondering if there is new management? Been going here regularly more than I’d like to admit for over a year now. Recently things seem different. The employees seem run down, the food out has looked like it’s been left out for longer, and the portion sizes are much different. My bowl and my side of queso both came half full today, will be going to a different location from here out. Sad to see this one go south.

I want to begin by saying that I'd never been to Qdoba before eating lunch there yesterday. When I walked in, the young lady behind the counter, Carmella, was immediately helpful when I expressed this to her, and not only gave me recommendations but walked me through what was available and allowed me to take my time, and even provided samples! I was pleasantly surprised at the lack of extra cost for things like queso, guacamole, etc. (we only have that OTHER popular Mexican fast-casual place where I am from), and also the breadth of options available. I had a steak bowl, which Carmella generously piled with toppings, and a drink, and it came out to about $17. The food was also very good - I especially enjoy that Qdoba has pickled onions and jalapenos, which for me are a necessary in my Mexican food. :) For the amount of food that I was given, the service I received, and the relaxing Sunday after-church atmosphere, I would say this was well worth it and I hope to eat here again when I'm out and about in the Highlands!
