- RLRick LynchOct 9, 20255.0The 41st Street Qdoba catered a lunch for a Science class at O'Gorman HS as a reward as one of it's members had perfect attendance for September (a drawing was held as many students were eligible). As always, the food was great! I especially enjoyed topping off my Burrito Bowl with the always free Guacamole and Queso. Thank you for supporting O'Gorman HS!
- TBTamara BlockOct 7, 20255.0I had a large catering order and there was some mistakes in the order. Which of course was disappointing, but this sometimes happens with humans. I myself have worked in food service for many years so I understand it can happen. I went back and spoke with an assistant manager. She promised to pass on the information to the general manager and assured me that he would take care of me. She was very professional and apologetic for the mishaps. The manager, Cole and I connected and discussed what went on and again he promised to take care of me. He did need to speak with the catering director at corporate, but again assured me, I’d be taken care of. The customer service was exemplary! There was mistakes and nobody wants that, but they took care of me and that is the final thing that I will remember. I cannot recommend this Qdoba highly enough.
