The rice was undercooked and barely flavored (cilantro lime?) and servers asking for your choice multiple times and still getting it wrong (adding sour cream instead of guac, not giving a cup when asked). Disappointing.

They show remarkable dedication by continuing to provide service despite the absolutely inappropriate and inhumane working conditions inside the restaurant. When I visited at the start of summer, the building was unbearably hot. To know that months later this issue still hasn’t been addressed makes me furious. No employee should be forced to work in such inconsiderate, disgusting, and unsafe temperatures. It is deeply unfair and unacceptable. QDOBA corporate needs to do better. These employees deserve a safe and humane work environment, and customers deserve a comfortable place to enjoy their food. It is absolutely inappropriate that this problem has been ignored for so long.
