- JSJanae Smith2 days ago1.0I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an unpleasant experience I had during my recent visit to your store. When I politely asked an employee named "Marshall the manger "about the estimated wait time, she responded rudely by throwing her hands up and saying, “If you can’t wait, leave the store.” She then proceeded to slam pots and pans around, creating a very uncomfortable atmosphere for everyone present. I was quite surprised and disappointed by this behavior, as it does not reflect the level of professionalism and customer service I’ve come to expect from your store. I wanted to make you aware of this incident so it can be addressed appropriately. Thank you for taking the time to review my concern.

If you're open until 11 pm, why are you shutting down your line at 8:15 pm. I'm sure corporate would be thrilled to see this operation in action. Word to the wise, spend the extra time and drive to another location. Avoid this place unless you enjoy unconcerned employees and disappointment.

Although I'm highly disappointed that they don't make the vegan soup permanent or the shrimp for people that can't eat meat. I request the cooperate to consider that. However, this location has the very best customer service. I gave a 5 🌟 only because of the crew Jordyn, Gage, Shaun, & David. They all deserve a raise. Highly recommend this location for those looking for great friendly service & food made to your likeing 🙂
