- SSSabrinah2 days ago1.0Dear QDOBA Management Team, I’m reaching out regarding an unsatisfactory experience I had at your restaurant on October 21st around 3:30 PM. I usually enjoy QDOBA and have ordered the same meal many times — brown rice, black beans, and chicken — but during this visit, the service and portion sizes were extremely disappointing. The employee serving me provided half a scoop of brown rice, and when I politely asked for a bit more, she added only a minimal amount. When I requested chicken, she gave me less than a full portion. I’ve worked in food service before, including at Chipotle, and I know the standard serving size is approximately four ounces. What I received was clearly not close to that. When I asked for a proper full scoop which is considered double which i was okay with, I was given another half scoop. After asking once more to make it a regular portion, I was told I would be charged for triple chicken. I found this unreasonable, as I was simply asking for what should already be included in a normal serving. At that point, I chose to leave without completing my order. It shouldn’t feel like a negotiation to receive the portions that customers are paying for. This experience left a negative impression, and I hope management addresses consistency and staff training at this location.

The peppers and all the other veggies just make this a hearty but healthy meal. Tried to see if it’s really that good post workout, but the name checks out, this post workout chicken bowl is awesome! Love the fresh guac, and the pico de gallo was great - just a hint of spiciness. Thank you for your hard work!
