Never had this happen at any other location, the employees working should be reported to management There were 4 other cars aside from myself waiting outside trying to get food as well, we all went up the street to Chipotle smh

The staff lady (white older lady) walked off in the middle of an order. People were coming up saying that their food was wrong or missing stuff. The people before me were waiting 20 minutes just to complete their order because the staff was lost. The food wasn’t fresh or put out. The food station was DIRTY. The kitchen/back was dirty. I would never go back. Food was nasty as well. I will take my business to FRANDOR/OKEMOS. It wasn’t even a rush like that, it was around 7-8p. FIX IT. FIND BETTER STAFF AND SERVICE.

Told me there not one her in that name. I asked for a refund, she told me to contact online. Stated she sees it says come pick up with my name. Not helpful! Made me feel like I am going crazy here! It's ting bowl just make it again out of customer service. Instead of making customers feel dumb & losing my mind! Kindness goes along ways. I will not return to this place for awhile. I use to come here every Wednesday. Not again, white lady manager you messed up my day. Made me feel so horrible about my memory. Things you don't understand. It's fast food. Give the customer the food. I had to figure out myself they input wrong name it was in my daughter's name. She, never helped! Go ahead google take my comment out.Look at my online order!! The staff here is incredible, and are always super friendly. The food is always hot and everything is clean. I will continue to drive 50 mins to come here as I think its worth it in my opinion.
