Mario has no i dea what he is doing in a management position with 0 real world experience and terrible judgement as well as awful decision making and communication. This is not a company you want to work for. They approved a maternity leave for my fiance and quietly fired her without paperwork or anything and no real reason. Ill be suing, i highly advise you do not apply for a job here as they will take advantage of you so that management doesnt have to show up they will poorly train and manage you. Then when something goes wrong its not bc of their lackluster training its bc you arent good enough at what you do. They cant keep employees cuz the pay is terrible for the stress they deal w being under terrible management. The food is also not great they have one employee with a brain being javi who makes the meat but mario the manager, burns chips and drops stuff in the guac and still sells all of it. Thank you for coming to my ted talk. The district manager Tim is just as unreliable and has no control over his employees or managers. Good luck if you wanna make a living id recommend anywhere else.
