The lady at the register with blonde hair and no name tag was completely unprofessional, rude and absolutely did not want to be there. Normally the entire staff is pleasant and happy to help she was NOT

The way she speaks to them is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Last weekend, they were supposed to open at 7 AM, but didn’t open until after 8 AM. When we arrived, the manager admitted she had overslept and told us it would be about 20 minutes — yet we waited over an hour before the doors opened. Today, I once again witnessed her speaking harshly to staff in front of customers. I was honestly close to saying something myself. This kind of behavior is unacceptable for someone in a leadership position. If Qdoba is okay with managers treating employees this way, they’ve lost our business.

I stood there for quite a while while the two ladies in the front—one of whom appeared to be the manager—just kept chatting with each other. Neither of them greeted me or acknowledged me at all. The food was completely unseasoned and plain, and the cleanliness of the place was very poor. Definitely not coming back.
