I used to work for the company so I'm familiar with the products and how they're prepared. The two employees that took my order were rude and condescending. Not everyone knows Qdoba options by heart, so there was no need to be impatient. I ordered first asking for a bowl and a tortilla on the side instead of chips. I was told "ya sure" with an eye roll, and never got my tortilla. Regardless I placed my order and while my fiancé wasn't sure about all the options, he was constantly asked "what do you want" instead of telling him the options. The food was awful. It was bland, the rice wasn't cooked all the way, and the chips were stale. $30 I will not spend again
