- LGLauren GrahamOct 13, 20251.0I ordered online. They were out of part of my order. I asked for a refund. The woman behind the counter refused to refund and told me that they couldn’t refund it. She didn’t offer any other solutions. She said she would call her boss, but the boss would tell me the same thing. The boss fixed it. I can’t imagine having a worse experience other than them actually just keeping my money.

Before I even started my order the gentleman pretty much told me he was out of several items “but yeah it’s all good” and that let me know I should just leave. That’s exactly what I did.

The portions were 👎🏻 compared to Chipotle, considering the price difference, the rice in my bowl wasn’t even fully cooked, and nothing had ANY flavor. I could’ve spiced all this up better myself at home. Definitely won’t be returning.
