We are long long long time customers and my mom has complained multiple times and was told staff are being addressed but they apparently do not care since I am now writing this. The employees may be mad at the bad feedback but when you Literally forget something EVERY SINGLE order at what point do we just stop coming?? We have been since it was no name and we enjoy the food and the staff might not think missing one thing is that bad but it is when it's every time, somethings up. This time was there was supposed to be extra Pico even and both bowls had None. How hard is it for some one to double check? We don't want free food we never cared we just want our orders right because we are almost 30 miles out of town. I mean baristas can remember multiple drinks and get it right but something printed on paper and can't get any consistency there's a problem.
