Jessica and Manny were absolutely wonderful. They had great customer service, even when we had a group come in close to close. They still had big smiles on their faces.

1st time at this location and will be my last . To be fair I came in a hour before closing craving some food and this was the closest location. My bf and I plus a friend went in I will say service was okay. The girl
Who asked us what we wanted seemed she hated her job and didn’t care to even speak
Much. The guy did let us know what they were out of a head of time which is nice to know tho the food was horrible the rice was crunchy the steak was burns i literally have chard chunks on my steak? I had more rice than anything else the only good part was the nice guy who let us know everything and kept a upbeat vibe didn’t know it was that hard to cook rice and some Steak but to be there own I guess

Terrible and rude service. Employees standing around doing nothing. Person making my families order left in the middle of making our order. Another employee finished our order, one of the few people actually being useful. Will not return.

I ordered from this Qdoba last Thursday thru the online app. I arrived to the store when it said my order would be complete. I walked in the store and to the cashier where I should have been able to pick up my online order that was "ready." I noticed there were about 10 people in line to order so I didn't try to interrupt for a few minutes. As I stood there (not one person had greeted me when I came in or acknowledged that I was still standing there), I saw my order still not packaged up behind the register while they proceeded to help guest after guest. I finally had to interrupt after 10 minutes of standing there and say hi I'm waiting for my online order. The cashier gave me the rudest look, looked back, saw it still wasn't boxed up, and continued to help the next guests in line. I waited a few more minutes and said asked again if I could get my food. The girl down the line asked what the problem was and I said I've been standing here for 10 minutes and my food is just sitting back there. The cashier said she was helping other customers and mine still had to be boxed up. The lady on the line asked the girl on the register why mine wasn't packaged up to go. And when the girl on the register rolled her eyes she wouldn't even acknowledge me anymore...the line lady Packed my order up, handed it to me, and I left. I waited in the store for about 10 minutes while my food sat and got cold while other customers walked out with a hot order. When I got home I realized I got none of my sauces that were supposed to be on the side and the chips tasted like they served me yesterdays chips. I had to pack my bag up, go back, and get new chips and all of my sauces. When I walked back in the store the cashier didn't want to acknowledge me again so another worker helped me. I told him what happened and he gave me new chips but the cashier questioned me and said "you didn't get any of your sauces?!" I said "do you think I wanted to come back here?"
From the time I placed the order until the time I finally got home with my correct order, I spent an hour of my time dealing with poor customer service. My quesadilla was cold and soggy by that point. I will take my $50+ elsewhere.
