- FYFrom Yvonne6 days ago2.0I asked for my burrito to be grilled and the cash register person refused to remove wrapper and said it's the same and whispered something to the builder. I hope when he receives that treatment he recalls doing this experience. I would have rather gone to you-know-where instead

The young man behind the counter was trying to keep up with the to go orders as well as help with the cashier. The cashier was more worried about being on his phone and sipping his drink. The young man who was making to go orders had to then go over and bag all of the orders (while cashier was standing there on his phone)! I over heard one worker tell a customer a list of employees quiting soon. The store was dirty. I seldom write reviews, but this experience was horrible!
