The staff were fast and efficient. The guy who checked us out, that appeared to be the manager was friendly and fast as well. There food is always fresh.

I usually enjoy Qdoba, but this particular location has been consistently disappointing. The past few times I’ve gone, the food has tasted old, like it’s been sitting out all day. It’s not even served warm just cold and unappetizing. The rice is often hard and crunchy, which really ruins the meal. At first, I thought maybe it was just an off day, but after giving it a few more chances, I know it’s a recurring problem. On top of that, the cashier tonight came off as a bit rude and dismissive. Maybe he was just having a bad day, but overall the service didn’t help the experience. I really enjoy Qdoba at other locations such as the Yukon and Mustang locations since those locations are always fresh, hot, and delicious. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for this one, and I’ll be going out of my way to visit those instead. I wouldn’t recommend this location unless you enjoy lackluster cold food with crunchy rice.

Your location on Northwest expressway very inexperienced.. I made a trip out of state... And one of the Qdoba restaurants had a list of gluten-free options that you serve at your restaurant... I know this here in Oklahoma City you do not offer that to your staff nor do they have a clue what is gluten-free and what is not.. if they were to serve somebody that person would be in serious need of having to go to a hospital... There is a rise of people that have celiac disease meaning they cannot eat foods that contain gluten in the food.. these people are highly allergic to this.. it would be nice if you would train your staff and have a list of food options so they know what they can and cannot serve the public that has Celiac and gluten issues

The man working the counter touched his ear and head with his gloves on, while making food. When my Bf asked very politely EVEN APOLOGIZING for asking him to change gloves, the employee then started throwing a fit AT him and asking why he needs to, complaining to other coworkers and what seemed to be a manager right in front of him, continuing to throw a tantrum while making his food. This was completely out of line and I really REALLY hope yall change your gloves more often. It’s a common thing in food service. To yell at a customer over a food safety violation.. insane. Do better.
