I was greeted, asked what I wanted and after telling them, I was told to hold on so they could complete a call-in order ticket. Why do you prioritize call-ins over real customers in your establishment?? I then received my burrito with a hole in the side where she stuck her finger through it while rolling it up. Then it was graciously slid through queso after being rolled in foil and placed in my bag. After getting home and starting to eat the burrito with the insides falling out the hole in the side, the meat tasted like an old refrigerator, so there is no way it was fresh. I guess this is the start of the fall of Qdoba.
