I was debating on coming back after seeing that video of the manager, Ruth I believe, and I saw that she still holds a position with the company. That kind of attitude should never be in a workplace, and I fear it’s a show of how she treats her workers.

Tonight was the second time I placed the order online cause I didn’t want to wait in a long line. As I got there, there was a long line and I had to ask to pass everyone. I stood by online ordering counter and waited patiently for it to be done. The cashier girl asked if I was waiting for an online order. I yup. Gave her my name. She said it just needed to be bagged up. The guy bagging up my order looked back at me like he was irritated. When he handed me the bag, I said thanks with a big smile and there was nooooo smile on his face. He looked ticked off at me. I didn’t do anything except be patient and thank him. I do not know his name but he had red hair. Makes me not want to go back. Wow!!!!!! The food tasted good but I hardly had any brown rice and I ordered extra chicken which I did not get! I was disappointed in the size of my online order last time too. It’s always way more in a bowl when I’m there in person. Some of the avacado wasn’t mashed up and was in a big half piece and brown on the outside. I paid 14$ and there could have been more in my bowl for what I paid. I haven’t had many bad experiences here but I didn’t feel welcome there tonight.
