- GCgarrett chastain2 days ago1.0Man this place is sad. She/her/they behind the counter put on a show of some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Throwing orders around, upset about having to bag an order. I was one of 2 (two!) customers there, out of multiple items, dirty dining area, I was made to feel like a complete nuisance. I completely understand the struggle of these jobs, but if the overall experience is one to push customers out and to never return then I will follow as instructed. Not that hard to fake a smile and put forth an ounce of effort. Back to chipotle I go.

They where completely out of syrup in the fountain machine this time around but atleast gave me a bottled Coca-Cola. Wish they'd get it together because I've always enjoyed eating here.

We walk in and though we did get a welcome, we were screamed at like some children being scolded. Almost all of the tabels and floors we dirty. It seemed as there was only one person working. That person was warming meat on the stove and slamming things everywhere. We were about to leave when a young man came out of the back. He made our food no issues. The whole time the other person was slamming metal canisters, threw rice on the floor, was slamming pots, metal food containers, and even slammed the quesadilla maker. They were even slamming the people in front of us food containers and bags on the counter. I asked the young man making my food for shredded cheese. Before he could answer, I was screamed at they were out of shredded cheese. We asked for fountain drinks. I usually drink zero sugar drinks, tea, or water. The fountain drinks had no zero sugar options which is fine because I like Unsweetened tea as well. The problem was the tea was covered and any bugs or sneezes could get into it. We ended up eating outside because the atmosphere inside was extremely stressful. My husband and I dont get much alone time to eat and were really excited to eat here. The food was great, drinks sketchy. Experience horrible.
