I’ve ordered a lot of times. Previously I ordered in place and it was good. Today is the first time I made a pick up order that had shrimp and steak, however, I only got shrimps and no steak in my bowl. Just double checked on the app that I made the correct order. disappointed

Guys...if you can't wrap a burrito, don't offer them on the menu. 100% of the time I order one, no matter the time of day, day of the week, online or in store...you all just put in the minimal amount of effort to wrap the damn thing up. And now I've got to go rush and make a plate/bowl of paper towels so I don't make a greasy mess out of your tables. Smh

Came in 5/15/25 at 12:50pm there was a sign on the door saying they were shortstaffed and that they would only be taking online orders until 1 PM figured because it was only 10 minutes that I would wait. They had the line blocked off so you couldn’t walk through to order sat around till 115 before I realize that nobody plan to take anyone’s order that was sitting around waiting. Decided I would try again 5/19/25 came in 1 o’clock No sign on the door and the line was not blocked. There was three people working. When I walked to the front of the line because there was no one in line and everyone else had their food they told me that the only way I could order food if I did it online. Personally, do not understand why I need to order something online, especially since I only plan on getting a cup of soup to go. Probably won’t be back tired of being disappointed and hungry.
