- ATAngelina TranOct 12, 20251.0Placed an online order for two bowls and waited 20 minutes before picking it up. When I arrived, the food still was not made and there were no other orders ahead of me. I picked up the food and both were missing almost every ingredient besides the sauce and beans. I went back to complain and the manager, Rigel, told me that it was probably because they ran out of ingredients and could not do anything more. He did give me a 2 free entree, but the following day, he told me that he doesn’t recall this interaction despite me coming 3x to complain AND getting a note written by him. The worst interaction I have ever had. The workers are not properly trained and it is constantly dirty. They do not care about customers.

Disappointing atmosphere I’m glad I didn’t eat in. The employee making my chicken bowl spoon catapulted the ingredients into my bowl and I was on edge the whole time she was gonna spill it, haha didn’t know I would get a show too.

I called the store and the manager assured me multiple times if he came by after his shift they would remake it. When he arrived Jayden refused to make the order claiming we were trying to steal food and that he couldn’t remake it. He ignored my fiance when he tried to explain the situation and asked for the manager on shift and then proceeded to just help other customers.
- KMKerem MunirOct 6, 20251.0The food service counter line had food spilled over counter from dishes next to it, everyone looking around not trained well, ordered a bottled drink with a cap(I am dining in) and no one has a bottle opener. They said “yea sorry no bottle opener” so I asked what would u like me to drink it since I am eating here “again everyone looking around , a few workers attempted to open with some utensil no success”, one customer happened to have a bottle opener in her purse and we opened it. Place needs to be more organized and training has to be in place. Not upto par vs other qdoba’s I have visited.
- SKSrinivas KonalaOct 3, 20251.0Food use to be very good here before. What we got today was way below standard. Charred ingredients, missing ingredients…. The welcoming foul smell, dirty floors, unfriendly staff… that’s it.. I’m done with this location. Never going back there.
