The guy made the bowl up and I said " that's a nice full bowl", he stated " I make it the way I would want one for myself". Helpings of all items were full. The Pork Carnitas were flavorfull.

The staff seems pretty happy and uh, professional ands the restaurant has been clean every time we go in.
