I asked the employee if they can do half steak/half chicken before making my bowl because I didn’t want to be charged for double protein. After he made the bowl he tells the next guy it’s a double protein. I then told that employee I had just asked the previous guy if they did half/half and he said yes so made my bowl. After bringing up the issue to the manager they told me they don’t do half/half protein for the bowls. Given it was their employees mistake you would think the would say hey we will just charge you for one protein, sorry for the misunderstanding…. Nope that was not the case, got charged double and sent on my way.
