- KHKyle HarveyApr 25, 20251.0Sorry but I have to definitely drop a one star review on y'all due to your staff priority on in person orders over orders that were placed via delivery services such as doordash. Orders should be made in the order they come in or, have one staff member focus on delivery orders as you get them and the other focus on in person orders when someone is in store placing a order. Putting delivery orders at the bottom of your priority list is just going to cause drivers to become frustrated as you are affecting their earnings by putting them last. Also in that same regard it can lead to drivers refusing to pick up your orders meaning your orders are sitting for longer before going to the customer. A simple order of just a burrito should not cause the drivers to have to wait close to 10 minutes or more upon arrival while multiple in person guest are served because they got prioritized.
