  I would to take the opportunity to pass along 5-star rating for Pyramid Heating & Cooling and to recognize the service technician, Athen. for his service in diagnosing various issues with our AC system and replacing a "locked up" compressor. Athen was very professional, polite and experienced/knowledgeable in his trade. He was really thorough analyzing/troubleshooting the various issues with the AC system and the compressor, and took to time to clearly explain what the issues were, what parts were needed, the labor hours and what the total cost would be for the service & compressor replacement. The quote he provided was competitive and they were really transparent with their cost in each category. In addition, I would like to add a "call out" for Valerie, who assisted several times with the scheduling and made it seamless experience! Just to wrap up, Athen arrived according to schedule, performed the service work they said they would do, and effectively communicated with us throughout the job, as needed. We would recommend their service and would definitely hire them again!

  I told Athen he consistently has good reviews and that’s why we chose Pyramid heating. He was so knowledgeable and nice! He gave us recommendations for our very old system and he also helped us install a smart thermostat.) We are so glad we chose Pyramid!

  Called around town and was very friendly helped with scheduling. They were able to send Athen out same day and with his knowledge fixed my mini split easily quickly. Definitely recommend!

  Athen, is definitely way above a 5 star! He's down to earth and a straight shooter! He let's you know what the issues are and gives you what options are available for whatever the problem or problems may be.. He definitely doesn't try selling you stuff you don't need or want! I've had excellent service with him each time I've needed him. First time the ac needed Freon and leak sealant, the second time the thermostat stopped working due to two different power surge issues causing errors & not communicating with the ac unit.. He really knows what he's doing and doe his job well! He's worth his weight in gold. So if you are having and heating or cooling problems make sure you ask for Athen!

  Athen conducted a thorough inspection of our existing HVAC system to determine the best path forward with a new install. I appreciate his in-depth knowledge and concern over picking the right new system to maximize my existing ductwork configuration.
