- JRJames Russell2 days ago5.0Tyler Gibson from Pyramid came out when my heater fan malfunctioned. He would get it working, but then it would malfunction again after he left. He came out three times at no extra charge until locating the underlying problem. Excellent skilled troubleshooting.

I was rather disappointed because I took the day off work to be present for the appointment. My complaint was escalated to Victor. He handled the situation with humor and kindness. He had a technician come to my home the same day, after hours ( normally a much higher rate) to complete their appointment the same day. I have used them before- for the install and service of my AC and furnace. They do not disappoint! They have my loyalty because they made a wrong, right! It’s one thing to receive a 5 star review when everything went as expected, it’s another level when a company overcomes a problem or complaint. Cheers to your Victor and the young man that came and completed my service long after he was suppose to be done for the day.
