  Extremely disappointed – do NOT recommend! I’m honestly beyond frustrated with this company. They send technicians to our store, and then falsely report that they stayed much longer than they actually did. As a result, we’re being charged outrageous amounts for service that was never even provided. This is not just unprofessional — it’s dishonest. When we brought up the issue, there was zero accountability and no willingness to review or correct the charges. A company that deals with fire alarm monitoring should be built on trust and integrity. Sadly, this one has neither. Absolutely no credibility.

  Shane and Mike at United Alarm were both extremely professional and easy to work with. The entire process could not have been smoother. They listened to our needs, established a clear diagnostic and were super accommodating. I cannot recommend them enough if you need to install a home alarm security system.

  United Alarm and Shane have provided courteous, fair, and excellent service. The installation proceeded ahead of schedule with no issues, and everything was executed according to plan. Mike did the installation and was professional and highly knowledgeable. We recommend United without hesitation.
