When I installed a new internet network I needed to have my home security cameras placed on the new network. After two unsuccessful visits to my home by the Seacoast tech, I was charged $800. On the third visit and a different tech the job was completed to my satisfaction and the charge was reduced to $500 . Sure hope my home security cameras hold up from this point on.

The next day a Seacoast representative called to check in. Then a few days later a representative stopped by to check on us. Best security company I've ever dealt with.

It took them 9+ months of calling to get them to return and repair it only to receive a $1500+ bill after saying it would be taken care of.
