CottinghamOct 12, 20205.0I have added Peak to my list of recommended contractors for A/V and alarm systems in place of the contractor who installed my system for a couple of reasons: 1 - Nick drove 1-1/2 hours to get to my location with a tech and stayed until the installation was complete and he was sure I understood the changes he made. He took the time to write down instructions so I was sure I knew how to operate it. 2 - Even at that I had a question that he answered promptly and offered to walk me through the solution by phone if I had any other questions. I live in a developing subdivision of ultimately 600 lots and make my list of recommended contractors available to any lot owners who who want it. Peak will be the A/V and alarm contractor on that list.
