Chris and his team are truly amazing! We have several locations throughout the valley, and they consistently go above and beyond to support us, whether we need additional cameras, alarm sensors, or run into any technical issues. Rose was at first polite and helpful but became impatient and obscure when I wanted information on how to monitor my own system. Seemed to be defensive for an unwarranted reason.
