  Ever since this company sold the new ownership and employees have no respect or appreciation for their customers. Do yourself a favor find somebody else

  We've had Matson for a long while, but they're service hasn't been as good since they sold. However, they just followed up well, so I'm editing my review. Editing this again...3rd issue in the last 5 or so weeks...2nd this week. This shouldn't be happening. I've talked to someone else who said they've had issues since the business sold. I tried giving Matson the benefit of the doubt, but this isn't a good look for their products or service. We're looking into a different service now. And now it's happening again...5 months later. I spent almost 17 minutes on the phone and nobody answered. RIDICULOUS.

  We have used them for almost 10 years, but over the last few years since they sold out to a larger company their service is terrible and we have had breakin’s with no call cause the monitoring service was a sleep or their equipment doesn’t function as it was advertised. They are rude and combative over the phone and don’t care about their customer or the businesses they are supposed to protect. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE. READ ALL THE REVIEWS OF HOW BAD THEY ARE NOW! Once a great company, now I can’t wait to rip their equipment out and replace it with a better company! Reply to response: You and others in your company have committed to get back to me in a timely manner but never do. The fact that you would spend time responding to a review on Google saying you want to make it right instead of calling me and actually doing so shows you care more about how you are viewed then how much you truly care. I can add or remove reviews based on the level of service you provide to “make it right”, but I was told you are a corporation so there isn’t much you can really do.
