  I paid several thousand dollars for institutional heads that are meant for prisons.And one of my employees is using a broom and the head of the broom, barely touches the sprinkler head and activates them. These were sold to me as highly durable sprinkler heads. So they send me an invoice for 1600 And because I didn't pay the invoice, they put a lien on my landlord's property.Now, I have to take this to court and show the judge, the video and the warranty information that says it automatically renews every year.Do not use this company!!!!
