  Brandon Heick was my tech. He serviced my fire suppression system. He was very quick so I didn't have any interruption for my kitchen. They are out here twice a year and are always professional.

  Mistakenly I called this company for service. When they got to our location they realized we didn't use their services. We were charged $750 for mileage and time spent at our location (2 hours for them to drive from Des Moines to Iowa City, they were at our location for 20 minutes). I had no problem paying a fee for their time, but $750 is outrageous. I am very sad about my interaction with them.

  Just like many other businesses around here, they charge you credit card fees! This abuse needs to stop! You chose to run a business, you chose to get a credit card machine, and as small business owner I know that you can deduct these fees from your sales during tax season, if you truly pay taxes by showing all your sales! Everyone at this day and age, including business owners want to use their business debt card or credit card, no one really walks around with a lot of cash in their pocket, and businesses like you are the reason for the cause of inflation by doing whatever you want! I asked for a receipt for my accountant and was given one. I get home and realize that it doesn’t show my paid payment amount on it, and that only tells me you don’t pay taxes by not documenting anything!!
