  Bill and Mike were great for the reconnect of my services. Joe from install department and Tony my sales rep made sure everything done exactly how it was supposed to be. Dan today finished up the final service call. Everything is working properly, and online. I just want to give a huge thank you to Amherst Alarm!!!!! I feel safe again in my home after domestic violence abuse, and can sleep at night knowing my system is done right and monitored 24/7. Thank you Amherst Alarm.

  I’ve honestly been so disappointed by the service, quality and lack of professionalism that we’ve received from Amherst alarm. After installation, we had issue after issue that took months to resolve. Each time, having to contact customer service 3-4 times before ever receiving a response. When pricing increased or fees were added, we were never given explanations. Most notably, after installing our speaker incorrectly, we had to wait 3 months until they finally came back out to fix them. The same day they fixed them, I was called 4 times by the billing department, being told that I “needed to pay today to get the payment in before the end of the quarter”. After trying to air these grievances to customer service, we were met with silence and now no longer even want to have Amherst alarm security.

  Absolutely love Amherst Alarm! I couldn’t be happier with the service, technology, and professionalism from your organization. I appreciate Jeff, Joe, and Tony getting my install moved up and done sooner due to the circumstances I have been going through. I feel safe again having your system in my home. You guys rock!!!

  So refreshing to know there are quality companies and people out there. Dan the service technician was awesome. On time, very respectful of my house and privacy, very professional and kind.
