  first of all I am the president of our HOA in Emerson NJ.. we had an issue with our main door which is opened via a fob or entry code...the door has not been working properly and henceforward we as seniors felt somewhat unsecured despite having our security cameras...A local locksmith who we know and use tried his best but was unsuccessful to fix it.... I eventually surfed the website locally to get a company who would be able to fix our problem.....We called this company A C Daughtry...initially spoke to a Joe who was so nice and kind on the phone and made an appt with us to send out a tech to see what problem was....The tech (R J) came this morning and lo and behold fixed our problem and was so nice, kind and patient thank you A C Daughtry Security Inc,,,,,,you guys are a 10 in our book

  Big fan of their customer service. Been using them for 3 years now as it was the system installed when I moved in. Super secure system with incredible features. But again, most importantly, the service is great.

  What a pleasant experience from beginning to end. My saleswoman Mari, addressed all of my possible needs in configuring my alarm system. The installation tech John, arrived at the scheduled time and was very courteous. He was very neat and took the time to go over the system with me making sure I completely understood everything before he left. There is something to be said about dealing with a big company with a small company feel.

  I have spent a long time in the alarm business and I can tell you this operation is by far the best around. On the ball, responsive, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I won't mention any of the 3 letter company's out there that try everyday to be 1/2 the company AC Daughtry is because it would insult this perfectly good review. Great job!
