  A fair score, due to my experience, would be no stars at all, since they never showed up - twice. I called on a Thursday to setup a repair for Friday, in which the agreed upon time was “between 1pm and 1:30pm”. Around 3:30pm I called to see when I could expect the serviceperson to arrive, since the time was now after the appointment time. The administrative person said the serviceperson was tied up with another job and not going to show up for my repair. She apologized for not reaching out sooner to let me know and said they take responsibility. She then offered to schedule a new time for Monday, since weekends are generally for emergency calls. I re-articulated to her how we didn’t have running water and now because the appointment time was canceled without my knowing, my family would have to go the entire weekend without water (we did have to stay in a hotel). She continued to apologize and said she would speak with the general manager to see what they could do. A gentleman got on the phone and said he would coordinate someone coming to my house for the repair the next day, which was Saturday. He continued, “…but he wouldn’t be able to make it out to you until 4pm-4:30pm”. We agreed. On Saturday, around 5:15pm, I called to check and see where the serviceperson was (again), but because it was the weekend, no one answered and I had to leave a message. No one called me back and they never showed up or made the repair. As a business owner myself, I would love the opportunity to remove this negative review, and/or post a more positive review if the company will reach out to me and offer a solution their errors. Only that would give a reason for me to do so. However, experience with them shows that I shouldn’t wait too long on that and will likely have another business perform the repair.   I thought I had an issue with my home firesuppresion system. I contacted Absolute and spoke with Daniel Kiser senior technician and inspector. He sent out one of his technician, Keith, who did a very thorough job of systems inspection and analysis. Keith was professional, knowlegeable and courteous. Problem was resolved. Not long after he left Daniel contacted me to review the findings. I appreciated the followup. Without hesitation, I would recommend Absolute Sustems Engineering. The Fire Suppression sytem in your home is critical for your families protection and I would not rely on just anyone to service the system...I would absolutely recommend Absolute!

  The employees at Absolute Fire Protection are all extremely polite and knowledgeable. They always get to work right away and never leave a mess behind
