  STAY AWAY. Our builder used AAA Fire for the sprinkler design, but they are terrible to deal with. The building is only two years old and one of the pipes is leaking. We asked them for their warranty terms and they responded "AAA doesn’t have any warranty, nor would we have any if we did the repair." I told them even with no warranty, we still need to fix it, so we asked for a quote. They sent us a $785 quote just to "look at the issue" that doesn't include any repair. When we asked them to confirm the quote, they responded: "Thank you for contacting us to perform work at your location, however, we will not be pursuing this work at this time. Please contact another contractor." We don't recommend this company in any way.

  Teach your guys how to drive. I should have brake checked them and sued for any damages since they obviously wanted to tailgate me so bad

  I can, but don’t care to go on and on about the details, but I have experienced not 1 roof collapse and flood, from the faulty install of the fire suppression system that nearly destroyed my business, but now a 2nd roof collapse and flood 11 months later. Very frustrating to have a successful business with 300% growth rate to be brought down by careless work and no correct followup on problems after
