My company had an issue with our key fobs and mag lock doors. The tech just came out and he's probably the best tech I have ever dealt with. Not just for our security system but in general. Super polite and knowledgeable. I'd definitely recommend this specific tech.

I work for a company that does property management. This means when the public emergency phone lines go down I have to call Bright speed to come out and repair. I have 2 properties who have down emergency phone lines. I have been trying to get a service ticket for the last 3 days! The first time I called the automated service kept walking me around in circles and then it hung up on me. I called again and the girl said she couldn't hear me and hung up. I called again and went through all of the questions from the automation person and stated it was for a business account. Yet it sent me to a residential representative. So he transferred me. I was on hold for about 5 minutes before it disconnected me. I was done for the day. I was so furious and frustrated I knew I did not need to call back that day or I would have some choice words.
Day 2... First call... I get through the automation and it is going to set me up with a service appointment. It tells me to select an appointment but does not give me any options. So I go back to the main appointment menu.... Same issue. So I ask for customer service and it hangs up on me. I call back. A girl answers, I get about 5 minutes into the conversation before their side of the phone line goes quiet and then the phone disconnects. I call again... I get another representative who is for residential and not business like I selected. They transfer me.... I am on hold FOR 37 MINUTES!
Day 3... Same thing, automation not helping, customer service rep hanging up on me, next customer service rep says he has to transfer me to the business department. I told him if I was left on hold for longer than 10 minutes I was going to be pissed. Well here we are 12 minutes later. I am about to come unglued.
I have a job to do and wasting my time sitting on the phone with these incompetent repetitive and crap company are not the way I need to be spending my time.
I am EXTREMELY tempted to get my property boards to all change their service to another company.
