  Our contractor chose B Safe for our nonprofit in Salem, NJ and it has been a huge headache for us for the past 3 years! False alarms go off regularly, to the point we don’t even respond anymore. The batteries in the detectors don’t last long at all and cause the alarms to go off even more. We get charged to have the company come out and fix the issue (if the happened to bring the right sized ladder), only to have a new one pop up the next day. We wish we could have the entire system replaced by another company. We would not recommend this company or this system to anyone!

  I do not recommend this company to ANYONE. When we started our service it was with Dave. Dave was great and so easy to deal with. He was friendly and helpful. Dave sold the company and it has been a nightmare to deal with. When you have an issue, you get to deal with Pat.... she is horrible. (You are lucky if you get someone else in the office!) She is so unpleasant that my husband refused to call and deal with her. We actually ended up turning the power off to our unit when our sensors went because we didn't want to call and deal with Pat. Now trying to cancel our service (that is outdated and they said no longer works and we would have to upgrade) is even worse. If you go with them... good luck!!!

  I was originally a customer of Security Connects before it was purchased by B-Safe. Shame on me for not reading the three pages of microscopic print in the contract. Apparently even though I payed my bill on a yearly basis my contract was for 5 YEARS ! It auto renews at the end of this term. After moving earlier this year I am still responsible for 75% of my remaining 5 year contract and a cancelation fee. BUYER BEWARE when signing up with them.

  Very knowledgeable, organized professionals who made our alarm system a top priority. Steve (sales) visited our site immediately and got us the quote we needed. Debbie (operations) pulled out all the stops to get our system installed, with one day's notice, over a holiday weekend! Much appreciated! Happy 2021!
