The guy who came to fix our issue at Columbus Heights today was great. He was professional, personable and got our water back on faster than any of us were expecting. I didn't catch his name, but he needs to know how appreciated he is! Thanks so much!

Arrived at my place of business today to find a hand written note from Gabriel from Pye Barker on the front door. Note says, and I quote, "I noted that you opted to not do the inspection. Call if you do change your mind. Gabriel Pye Barker Fire & Safety" 1. How did I "opt" to not do inspection if I wasn't there? 2. I don't use your business for my extinguisher inspection. I use A1 FIRE & SAFETY. 3. I can only surmise that Pye Barker was in my area and was trying to market to get my business. 4. The tone of the note was an attempt to intimidate me. 5. Why would I EVER GIVE MY BUSINESS TO YOUR COMPANY AFTER RECEIVING THIS AMATEUR ATTEMPT TO INTIMIDATE? 6. I hope you use this as a teaching moment for Gabriel to demonstrate that just because businesses are located in small towns, doesn't necessarily mean the owners or people are small minded enough to react to these unprofessional marketing tactics. 7. Gabriel, if you feel you need to use these tactics to get more business, I wish you luck. I do have the note and will retain it in case the company would like to verify the facts of this review.
