  Ben helped me swap out an old residential ABC fire extinguisher. It was a quick walk-in and he educated me that it needs to be replaced every 6 years. Thanks for your customer service, Ben!

  I believe I got someone named Ben on the phone. He was rude and condescending over a simple question. I am appalled at the way I was treated. It should be common sense, but I guess not everyone has kindness in their hearts. Never again will I feel comfortable calling to get clarification. Ben needs some serious training on customer service.

  This team has done a good job over the past couple years. Anytime services are needed, give them a call. They are prompt, do inspections required to operate a business, and offer a fair price for the service. Not sure why others left negative reviews as we've never had any issues.

  We trust this company and have done business with them for the past several years. However, the current company manager is not appropriate. You will pay about $600 for a fire inspection and fire extinguisher and so far they have been inspecting my restaurant for several years with no problems. This time they said there was a problem with our system and demanded $1420 in labor and supplies. They said it would take 4-5 hours due to labor costs, but it took 3 hours. After I left a review, an employee called me and started asking me why I was leaving a review. I told him I was at work and couldn't talk to you, but he kept asking me about the review. The guy who called me is extremely rude unprofessional and not appropriate. I will not do business with this company in the future. I would Not recommended this company
