  I am a local homeowner in Skagit County. I went into Pye Barkers to have my fire extinguishers serviced and purchase a new one. The store was very clean and Melissa was very helpful and pleasant.

  I manage a large manufacturing facility and the folks at Pye Barker have always provided excellent service. The technicians are very knowledgeable and always on-time for their scheduled service. We have used them for trainings as well as for their fire suppression and safety services. I highly recommend them.

  Alpine Fire strung us along for almost 4 weeks before the owner, Steve Bounds (after telling me he was enroute to our job site, a 65 foot boat) had his assistant Nancy call to tell me that he didn’t feel comfortable doing the job (even though he never visited the job site) and was turning around to come back to the shop. Totally unprofessional and a waste of almost 4 weeks of my time. Steve didn’t have the courtesy or the courage to call me directly and had his employee do it. He is either bi-polar or hasn’t been taking his meds. Stay away from these folks. We contacted Fire Suppression Systems out of Tacoma (they installed the original system which needs recertification or replacement). We sent them pictures and they replied within 30 minutes. Fortunately for us they have technicians in the Skagit County area due to their work at the local refineries and could be at the job site in 2 days to repair the existing system. So obviously this wasn’t a big deal for them.

  They are great for my rentals I never need to think about them every thing just gets serviced. The prices are not the cheapest but... they are a good value and worth the peace of mind. When I have specific questions they are always well informed and take the time to explain my options. I would highly recommend.
