Putnam Valley Petroleum does not administer the HEAP program and has no influence upon eligibility and/or receipt of benefits. Putnam Valley Petroleum is a Service Provider and services will be provided upon receipt of confirmation from the corresponding HEAP office for grant of benefits. During winter months we burn more than we realize and with a busy work schedule I’m constantly forgetting to check oil level! I’ve called them when I was really low a few times, and I mean really low, and they came out the next day and accommodated me during a very busy time for them. Awesome company, even better workers! Thanks.

They came out within two hours, filled my tank with no issues despite not being a regular customer. My house is under construction and the tank is not easily billable but they handled it without issue. Thank you thank you !!!
