He was more than punctual, super pleasant, courteous and a truly caring individual. His customer, Mrs. White is always delighted with his expertise. Happy I got a chance to meet him 😊 The only negative (not against John) is that the water filter makes a humming noise, which he explained is normal with new filters. Hope the sound doesn't last too long.
