  Donovan did a great job again on our carpet and chairs. He is thorough, thoughtful, efficient, careful, and also kind. We are very happy so far with the results—we’ll see the final outcome when everything dries!

  My homes carpet was quite dirty and the whole second floor smelled like dog urine, it was pretty overwhelming. I had Forest come out for a general walk through of my home and he pointed out all the pet urine spots left behind by the previous homeowner. He was very honest with me and didn't try to upset me at all. He explained everything clearly and was patient with all the questions I had. I booked an appointment the following week and Chandler showed up. He came later than they usually do upon my request given my work ends late. He answered all my questions and did a thorough job of cleaning my carpet. NO MORE URINE SMELL (At least the day after). I also had to leave early and chandler locked up the home and cracked open the windows for me. Overall I am very happy with their service. I also got a quote from another carpet cleaning service which was a decent chunk cheaper, but I am glad I went with pureclean given how well everything came out!

  I had a phenomenal experience with PureClean. I had a very last minute job come up and was in need of their knowledge. I got top tier customer service from the whole team. Charlcy provided amazing service from initial call. Mike was out same day for assessment and inspection. Josiah made miracles happen on the site and did a great job with the carpet cleaning and deodorization. He worked extremely hard to get staining and debris out. Super happy with the results and I know our client will be too. Thank you PureClean for helping out. I’ll definitely be calling y’all again!

  This was an amazing carpet cleaning service, my first time trying them out and Chandler did an amazing job! He also worked with me and got me the best deal he could, and really went above and beyond to work with my budget! Highly recommend and would use again in the future ! Also, he got everything done in a timely manner so that I could finish moving out on time !

  Nathan arrived at his appointed time, insisted on wearing booties and we did a walk through of the areas to be cleaned and he seemed pleasantly surprised that we had rooms the prepared (i read the info sent). He explained the different options available and pointed out which would provide the results I was seeking. He got right to work and I watched the transition as he worked and was amazed when he demonstrated the extractor on several old stains (we’re dog people). In less than 2 hours we have clean carpet with no odor. I will spread the word that Pure Clean Snohomish is my carpet cleaner from now on! Thanks Nathan & Merry Christmas 🎁
