  Todd was very helpful & all around great! He was able to come out the same day and address my issues! He was extremely helpful and thorough while inspecting and treating my home. He also was great with my dog, even had a bag of dog treats! I will be using them again in the future for any issues that may arise!

  What an outstanding experience we had today w our pest advisor TATE!! He was so knowledgeable about things my wife didn’t want to think about…lol! He got under our sink and into everywhere those pests hide! We are on our way to getting things cleaned up free of pests! Tate was so courteous and kind! He put us at ease over the nasty RATTS that are living in our house-and we felt so much better knowing TATE was our service worker! Very satisfied and TATE is The Man!

  Todd T. was amazing! He explained everything along the way and was polite and courteous. He showed up promptly and was ready to begin. He was very knowledgeable and gave me tips to try in between services. I'd absolutely recommend Pure Pest!

  We have used this company for years and have always had the best service. Wish all companies were like this one!! Our technician Todd is one of the best people I have ever meet! He remembers my grandkids names and even the pets names. He services our home and our kids homes!!

  Simply put, Pure Pest is awesome. You can call or book them online for a free inspection. If you call, the office is knowledgeable and they figure out if you can do with a one-time visit. If not, they can set you up with recurring visits until the problem is solved. The ladies there have never dismissed me or made me feel silly for asking tons of questions. It really seems like they understand that bugs and pests really freak people (like me) out. I've contacted their team about ants (kitchen), and mice, roaches, raccoons, possums, and flies (around my chicken coop) - and they provided great help and advice. I also asked them to help my mom out because she couldn't figure out what was living under her front porch! The tech that helped us out was super reassuring, especially about my mom's dog. The bait station Pure Pest used was weighted and locked so that she (dog) couldn't move the station or eat the bait. Besides the good safety measures, reasonable cost, and variety of effective methods, I like this company for the family feel and friendly attitude. I know a couple of people there and it is a local, family-owned operation. There is a very low turnover rate for their employees, which I feel is special. The tech we had, Tanner, has been at the company for over 5 years! He was very professional and friendly. Go check them out! Pure Pest + Lawn!! They have lawn services too that are also super fantastic (Mom loooves the lawn tech!). The people at this company really care about their work and will get your issues taken care of :)
