  I just moved to the area and joined this studio after being a long time Pure Barre member at a different studio. Everyone has been very welcoming, the studio is an excellent facility and I have felt very welcome!

  I've been attending Pure Barre for years and the location at Assembly Row does not disappoint. All of the instructors are approachable, knowledgable and provide great workouts. They are able to adjust the workout if you have physical limitations and are so welcoming whether you are a veteran or first timer. Highly recommend.

  I was fighting for my life during my first class lol. The warm up alone almost took me out! I ended up signing up for a membership because I knew my body needed it. I’m almost one month in and can already feel my body getting stronger. I went from nervous to novice in one month! I feel great about where my progress is headed. I love Pure Barre! The instructors take the time to learn your name and everyone is so welcoming.

  A great workout and welcoming community! As someone with various joint issues and the occasional injury the instructors are very helpful with modifications when needed, while still gaining strength and flexibility.

  It's no exaggeration to say that Pure Barre has helped me change my life. I've been working out at the Assembly Row location for several months now and I enjoy everything about it. The teachers are fantastic and compassionate. If you think barre is only for young people who look like ballet dancers, you'll be pleasantly surprised by the inclusive, welcoming atmosphere. The studio is pleasant and it's super easy to park here. 6 out of 5 stars if I could!
