I recently moved to the area and was originally searching for a hot Pilates studio downtown, but had trouble finding one. I came across Pure Barre and decided to give it a try—and I’m so glad I did!
From the moment I walked in, the sales manager, Dina, was incredibly welcoming and helpful. She took the time to explain the different class formats and made me feel comfortable right away, which is such a relief when you’re new to both the city and the studio.
The workout itself is amazing—low impact yet surprisingly challenging, with a great mix of strength, flexibility, and cardio. The instructors are encouraging and attentive, offering clear cues and adjustments so you get the most out of every movement. I've noticed a huge improvement in my flexibility tremendously, such a game changer!!
The studio is spotless, stylish, and has a great energy that keeps you motivated. Even though it’s not hot Pilates, Pure Barre has quickly become my new favorite workout spot. I leave every class feeling stronger and more centered. I also love how they incorporate challenges with points to get me moving lol. Highly recommend!
My favorite workout class!

Was really excited about trying this studio. Came in at 7:58am (studio opens at 8am on Saturday according to their website). The door was propped open but no one was at the desk. They started class early. The instructor came out and told my friend and I that we could not enter class due to their policy because we were late?! I would never recommend this studio to someone looking for a class in Pittsburgh. Terrible customer experience. They should change their hours to open earlier if they want customers to come earlier to their classes. If you are looking for a great class and great community check out Solid Core, F45 or Mecka! Love the classes and community there.

Jane came to Pure Barre North Fayette to teach some classes and I took her classic this past Sunday. She was fantastic and just had a great energy and spirit about her. She pushes you because she knows you can do it, and makes you feel confident in yourself. I know she normally works downtown but if she ever teaches at North Fayette again I would definitely take her class.

I’ve been a customer with the Pure Barre franchise since 2014. When I walked into the studio in Tulsa by myself and searching for new friends - I found that and more. That comforting feeling and sense of welcome have been present at multiple Pure Barres I’ve visited throughout the nation, except at this Pure Barre.
I recently found out I have to quickly move for work. I went to class and informed the front desk person and she instantly told me there was no way I could get around the 30-day notice. So, I was going to be forced to pay my membership despite being in another state. Since I used to work at a Pure Barre, I wondered if there was still a clause about relocation being exempt. And there was.
I contacted the GM and not only did she not even find that clause … I had to search for it, prove it to her and prove that I was moving … twice - I was never given an apology for how rude their staff was to me. It’s pretty clear this studio’s values aren’t on fostering a community of people interested in being healthy and staying fit. It’s just about cold calling members at least once a week to pay more for their membership or just not helping them when they have to leave unexpectedly.
