    This was a ballet based workout and it was hard but also really great if you want to work on your core and strengthening. It was simple exercise but it was super effective. I really enjoyed the instructors coming over and the use of the ball, weights and your own body weight with the exercises. 45 mins went by quick but it was a good workout and I feel like it helped my posture! I tried this class using my ClassPass.
