  Out of all the Pura Vida locations I’ve been to, this one is by far the worst. Everywhere else, the staff is always super kind, polite, and helpful but here, the service is terrible. I ordered my smoothie with two scoops of protein, just like I always do at other locations, and they refused to add it, saying it “wasn’t possible”even though I offered to pay extra. That makes absolutely no sense. The staff doesn’t know how to talk to customers, they act rude and uninterested in helping. I left completely frustrated. Such a shame, because I’ve always loved Pura Vida but this location really ruins the brand experience.

  Me parece fuera de lugar y poco servicial que no me hayan permitido usar el baño de este lugar. Soy driver de Doordash y fui a recoger una orden para un cliente. Solicite permiso para usar el baño y el señor de barba del Front Desk me digo que NO porque es solamente para costumer!! En serio??? Yo represento a un costumer en el momento que estoy ejerciendo mi labor, y mi cliente que también es cliente de la tienda está pagando por un producto y un servicio y me parece poco ético y profesional esta negación y falta de consideración. Los drivers somos personas y tenemos valor e importancia también como cualquier cliente y necesitamos usar el baño mientras trabajamos tantas horas al día recogiendo órdenes por toda la ciudad. Además soy cliente de esta tienda ya que he bebido muchas veces. Lo que me deja un sin sabor y decepción. Con ese nombre de la tienda PURA VIDA no le hacen mérito a su nombre, ya que usar el baño es parte escencial de la VIDA de todo ser humano!! No regresaré jamás ni lo recomendaré a nadie!!

  Love this location. Food is always delicious. I am traveling one-two times from NYC and I am always excited to have breakfast here. New Yorker toast with hard boiled eggs, tuna bowl. The best healthy bakery and really great coffee ( it’s rare in Miami Beach). And special thanks to Natali, she is very attentive, provides great service. And all the staff is very friendly and nice.

  I just need Pura Vida to open in Houston — please!! This is the best healthy spot ever! The food is soooo good. I was in Miami for a few days and literally stopped by every single day. I got the Summer Chicken Bowl (a must-try!) and an açaí bowl that was amazing. The whole place is beautiful — the vibe, the food, everything! If you open in Houston, I’ll be there every day!

  We have been coming here for a number of years and food is delicious. Great healthy tasty wraps, very tasty smoothies, gf options. But the last few times the coffee is not good, we tried both hot and iced and it was very disappointing, not like in prior years. Also, some of the staff could be more friendly, while others were very pleasant.
