Beautiful, fresh food with delicious ingredients. The staff was helpful, especially Alex. However the model is that you other from s kiosk and they deliver the food, so there's not much to service. The music was really loud and it wasn't easy to have a conversation, but overall I like this place because first and foremost, the food is good and fresh and well prepared
Pura Vida used to be one of my favorite spots in my neighbourhood, but the experience has really gone downhill. The menu has been stripped down to just a few items, and it’s now completely self-service. I was standing at the kiosk trying to order something from the market while juggling my dog and my baby, and no one offered to help. When I finally stopped an employee, they just said to order at the kiosk and kept walking.
It’s frustrating that they charge a service fee on every order when there’s zero service. The only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one is because I’ve had great experiences here in the past, but that was over 6 months ago.

The food here is absolutely fantastic, but what really stands out is Alex at the register! Always ready to lend a hand and wearing a warm smile, Alex is eager to guide you towards a delightful culinary experience. 😊 Did you

A great place to grab a healthy lunch… My family has been coming here for years. The cleanliness and the staff are really a highlight because they’re so attentive and professional. I will say one thing that keeps me from giving this place a perfect score… while the atmosphere is beautiful… It seems since Covid they pump air freshener into most of their locations and honestly it’s far far more offensive than pleasant. It’s well known now those scents are not healthy and when I go to Pura Vida I want to get healthy food. Since then I’ve rarely come back. Only drawback.

Pura Vida, with Nicolás Meotto, creates excellent coffees with great care and kindness so that customers have a good experience and enjoyment. It's not just a place to "eat something healthy," but a space that elevates the coffee experience and conscious gastronomy. It's the kind of place you go to knowing you're going to eat well, relax, maybe get some work done, and that every aspect—flavor, aesthetics, service—is aligned with a clear vision: to celebrate life in every bite and every sip.
