  The food's good, the place is good. I went to pick up my food and they gave me the wrong order. When I tried to talk to them, they only do it by chat, and the chat says I have to wait over 30 minutes to talk to someone. When I went to change the order, they charged me again.

  I’ve dined in before (though never remembered to take photos) and have ordered delivery through Uber Eats more times than I can count. I’ve tried both their breakfast and lunch options – the egg dishes, wraps (the chicken caesar is my go-to), and bowls (especially the salmon) are all consistently great, with a nice variety to choose from. Lately, I’ve been ordering the strawberry matcha and pistachio chocolate tart as an afternoon treat, and it’s become my favorite combo. Highly recommend!

  They’re in very good hands. I want to thank Bernie for handling my situation in such a professional and prompt way. There was an issue with my order, and I had been waiting for quite some time. Honestly, I was ready to ask for explanations, but Bernie took care of everything very efficiently. Thank you again!

  The BLANDEST food I’ve had in Miami. I have tried Pura Vida several times (not on my own dime. My jobs orders often for lunch) and each time their food just upsets me because it looks so good and is so fresh but has ZERO taste. The salmon especially because it’s cooked so well but completely UNSEASONED. Food can be healthy and tasty. I really don’t understand how this place has such high ratings. I won’t eat it even if I’m not paying for it.

  Beautiful and light atmosphere with bright, fresh and flavorful food! We are traveling from out of town and found this wonderful spot. Staff is friendly and gave amazing recommendations. We ate every bite and enjoyed it. Come see these guys!!
